Aims & Objective
This advanced course will enable dentists and dental specialists to:
1- Advance their clinical skills in complex dental implants cases.
2- Be confident in doing full arch rehabilitation on 4 and 6 implants.
3- Be competent in doing sinus lifting and bone grafting.
4- Practice the block bone grafting techniques from the Chin and Ramus bone.
5- Enhance tension-free soft tissues closure around bone grafts, GBR, and dental implants.
6- Enable Specialists and dentists place and restore Zygomatic implants safely using Extra-sinus and Intra-sinus techniques.
